Spinach Couliflower with Milk recipe - How to make Spinach Couliflower with Milk

500 gms cauliflower , cut into florets
2 cups chopped and blanched spinach (palak)
2 cups milk
2 tbsp ghee
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1 tsp chilli powder
garam masala to taste
salt to taste
  1. Bring the milk to boil in a deep pan, add the cauliflower and boil till the cauliflower is cooked, adding more milk if required.
  2. Heat the ghee in another pan and add the cumin seeds.
  3. when the seeds crackle, add the turmeric powder,red chilli powder and cooked cauliflower with milk, mix well and cook for a while.
  4. Add the spinach ,mix well and add the garam masala and salt and cook for 1 min.
  5. Serve hot.
