Spicy-cheesy swiss recipe - How to make Spicy-cheesy swiss
Cooking Time: Total Time:
for the batter-4tsp Maida,
2tsp corn flour,
salt and pepper to taste,
4tsp red chilli sauce,
oil to fry,
1/2tsp dry red chili flakes
For the filling-1tsp green chili chopped,
1tsp onion, chopped,
250g. Paneer grated,
1cube cheese, grated,
1/2tsp black pepper,
salt to taste
- Combine together all the filling ingredients. mix well and set aside.
- Cutoff the crusts of the bread and flatten each slice with a rolling pin. spread red chilli sauce over the each bread slice evenly. place a teaspoon of filling over a flattened slice. fold over and close the edges and seal with a little maida paste. repeat for all the slices.
- Mix the maida, corn flour, salt and pepper with the water to obtain a thick batter.
- Heat oil in a pan, dip the sealed bread slices in the maida paste and deep fry until golden. cut each into four pieces and serve sprinkled by dry red chilli flakes.
