Ingredients

8bread slices,
for the batter-4tsp Maida,
2tsp corn flour,
1/2-cup water,
salt and pepper to taste,
Other ingredients
4tsp red chilli sauce,
oil to fry,
1/2tsp dry red chili flakes
For the filling-1tsp green chili chopped,
1tsp onion, chopped,
finely chopped,
250g. Paneer grated,
1cube cheese, grated,
1/2tsp black pepper,
salt to taste
Method

  1. Combine together all the filling ingredients. mix well and set aside.
  2. Cutoff the crusts of the bread and flatten each slice with a rolling pin. spread red chilli sauce over the each bread slice evenly. place a teaspoon of filling over a flattened slice. fold over and close the edges and seal with a little maida paste. repeat for all the slices.
  3. Mix the maida, corn flour, salt and pepper with the water to obtain a thick batter.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, dip the sealed bread slices in the maida paste and deep fry until golden. cut each into four pieces and serve sprinkled by dry red chilli flakes.
