Ingredients
Method

  1. Par boil the potatoes.
  2. Peel and prick with fork.
  3. Mix these potatoes with all the above masala.
  4. Heat oil in the pan.
  5. Put above potatoes in it.
  6. Pour water and cover the pan with the lid.
  7. When potatoes are ready.
  8. Dry rest of water on high flame.
  9. Decorate with coriander leaves and tomato slices.
  10. Serve hot with rice or chapatties.
