Spicy Raspberry Lemon Cooler recipe - How to make Spicy Raspberry Lemon Cooler

2 cups frozen raspberries
1/2 cup honey
2 tsp sliced ginger (adrak)
1/2 cup lemon juice
fresh raspberry or lemon wedges for garnish , optional
1 cup ice cubes
  1. Put the raspberries, honey, lemon juice and water into a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Reduce the heat to a gentle simmer and cook until the fruit has completely broken down, about five minutes.
  3. Remove from the flame and let stand until cool.
  4. Pour the mixture into a fine mesh strainer set over a pitcher. Press the fruit solids with a rubber spatula to remove as much liquid as possible.
  5. Discard the fruit pulp.
  6. To serve, fill a glass with ice and pour three tablespoons of the raspberry syrup into the glass.
  7. Fill with water, stir, garnish with raspberries or a lemon wedge and serve immediately.
