Ingredients

3 slices of whole wheat bread
1 egg
butter
grated and cooked paneer (cottage cheese) chunks
mint leaves (phudina)
cucumber
tomatoes
Method


  1. Dip the three slices of bread in the egg and make a half toast out of them in the oven.
  2. Now that the slices are smeared with egg protein apply butter before placing shredded paneer chunks on one side.
  3. After placing shredded paneer chunks, put mint leaves and sandwitch it.
  4. On the next layer put a slice of cucumber and tomato so that the sandwitch appears
  5. To be three storey.
