Paneer korma is an easy spicy paneer recipe with creamy paneer cubes cooked in a delicious onion tomato mix. The paneer are stir fried in a spicy kurma and served with roti or paranthas.

Ingredients
350 gms chopped paneer (cottage cheese)
1 cup blanched and chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup grated onions
1 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
2 cardamoms (elaichi)
3 tbsp ghee
salt to taste
100 gms fresh cream
chopped coriander (dhania)
Method
    Method
  1. Heat the ghee in a pan, add the onions and cardamoms and saute for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the tomatoes, mix well and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the chilli powder and turmeric powder and saute on a medium flame for a few minutes.
  4. Add the paneer, cream and salt and mix well.
  5. Serve hot garnished with coriander.
