Spicy Dosa is prepared from a batter comprising of ground rice and lentils. The dosas are spread on a non stick pan and filled with a spicy masala mix as stuffing. Relish the crisp spicy dosas with coconut chutney.

Ingredients

whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
rice flour (chawal ka atta)
2 tbsp besan (Bengal gram flour)
finely chopped onions
chillies and coriander leaves chopped fine, jeera
salt
Method


  1. Mix like dosa atta, cook like dosa
  2. Eat with chutney let me know how u like it
