Spicy Dosa is prepared from a batter comprising of ground rice and lentils. The dosas are spread on a non stick pan and filled with a spicy masala mix as stuffing. Relish the crisp spicy dosas with coconut chutney.
- Soak rice and tur dal previous day or min of 2 hrs and grind it rava mixture consistency by adding water.live it for 12 hrs.
- Later put garlic,onions chopped,curd chillies(u get it ready in the shops)channa dal soaked,salt for taste(1tsp)and the dough is ready and is ready to make dosa''s.this dosa is normally pored on a bandli and little thick.
- Grind all these 5 ingredients (red chillies,dry coconut,garlic,salt,onion)
- And in a bandli put a little oil(2 tbsps)poppey seeds,and put the pasted paste and heat it little and remove it so that the water is exausted,and is ready to eat.
