Dhal chutney is a spicy chutney recipe prepared from blending together the chana dal with garlic, salt and red chillies.
- Boil the dhal in enough water on a slow flame till they turn soft and golden brown.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth.
- Serve with rice or any pulao recipe.
