    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well to make a soft dough using water only if required.
  2. Keep aside for 5 minutes.
  3. Divide the mixture in to 8 equal portions and shape each portion in round shape.
  4. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry all pakodas till they turn golden brown from all the sides.
  5. Drain on absorbent paper.
  6. Serve hot with chutney and tea or coffee.
