Spice Cabbage Seasoned with Tofu and Red/green Capsicum

Nice crunchy stir fry preparation which is easy and quick to make.
- In a non-stick pan heat the oil, add cumin seeds and fry for few seconds.
- Add the tofu, mix well and cook for 3 minutes,
- Add the cabbage and capsicum, all the spices and salt, stir-fry for 3 minutes on the slow flame. Cabbage and capsicum should be crunchy.
- Serve warm garnish with coriander.
