Ingredients
Method

  1. Boil tomatoes add salt then make a puree out of it then boil it add red chilli powder and garam masala to it and boil it throughly
  2. Cut onions like a long stripes and then shallow fry it. keep it aside
  3. Put some ghee in a sauce pan then fry jeera to it the put rice in it and cook it . as soon as rice is about to be cooked add the tomato puree, salt and chilli sauce to it and mix it.
  4. Preheat the oven for 300/350 degrees. grease the ovendish nd then spread the rice on it then layer it with grated cheese and fried onions. and cook for 15/20 mins in oven
  5. Serve hot.
