Prepare the crispy and crunchy Soyacutlets and enjoy them as snacks with green chuteny . A protein packed snacking option with a superb taste and a crunchy crispy texture.
- Mix all the ingredients (mashed potatoes, boiled peas and soaked/drained soya crunch, green chilly, coriander, bread crumbs etc.) with species and make round or oval shaped cutlets.
- Heat up the oil on high flame and deep fry the cutlets on sim flame.
- Put aside the fried cutlets on tissue paper to absorb the extra oil and serve with green chuteny.
