Soyabean vada is a novel recipe of creating savory crispy balls (vadas) from protein dense soybeans. Enjoy delicious soya bean vada with spicy tomato chutney or green coriander chutney.
- Drain the extra water from the soyabeans, wash again and blend in a mixer, adding water only if required.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend again till smooth.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai, use your wet palms to give the shape of wadas and deep fry them till golden brown and crisp from all the sides.
- Serve hot with hot and sweet coriander chutney or coconut chutney or tomato ketchup.
