Soya chana dal kebab is quite an innovative kebab recipe with wheat flour dough rolled into flat balls and then made into small pouches or potlis. These patties or kebabs are filled up with a tasty spicy and delectable soya mixture and then deep fried to a crispy finish.

1 tea.sp. red chilly powder,
1/2 tea.sp. garam masala,
1/2 tea.sp. dhania powder,
salt to taste,
pinch of turmeric,
oil for frying.
- Boil soya beans, cool and mix it in the mixer. cook chana dal with salt and turmeric in little water till soft. drain out the excess water. mix soya beans with chana dal. add chilly,garlic and ginger paste.now add the other ingredients, and mix well. shape into kebabs, roll in to bread crumbs and deep fry. serve hot with phudina chutney.
