  1. Make a fine paste with red chilly,pepper,jeera,coconut grated,coriander seeds.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Put cinnamon,saunf,curry leaves,onion chopped
  4. And saute until golden brown.
  5. When onion turns golden brown add ginger garlic paste,green chilly slit,tomato finely chopped,curd,red chilly powder,coriander powder.
  6. Saute until raw smell of powder goes and tomato becomes mushy.
  7. Add soya chunks and salt.
  8. Saute until raw smell of soya goes.
  9. Add the ground paste and saute again till oil leaves the sides.
  10. Now switch off and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
