Ingredients
Method

  1. Soak soyabean seeds for 6-8 hours.
  2. Drain and grind it along with ginger,greenchillies coarsely.
  3. Add saunf,curry leaves,coriander leaves,salt
  4. And saunf,mix well.
  5. Add the two flours to make "vada" dough.
  6. Be assure that dough resembles "vada dough"consistans.
  7. Heat oil and make vadas(discs)keep a hole in the centre and leave it into the hot oil to deep fry.
  8. Fry slowly to golden brown and serve hot with frech coconut chutney or ginger chutney.
