Healthful and delicious soy recipe, soya surprise is prepared from curdled soya milk or soya paneer( tofu). The tofu is stir fried with onions, tomatoes, masala and orange squash to prepare an amazing culinary surprise, Soya surprise.

Soya Surprise recipe - How to make Soya Surprise
Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:
soya milk - 2 cup(boil,add few drops lime juice & make paneer)
onions - 4 (peeled & cut into 4 pcs)
tomatoes - 2 (cut into 4 pcs each)
chilli pwd - 3 tsps
chaat masala -1/4 tsp
garam masala -1/2 tsp
orange squash -1 tsp
corriander - to garnish
butter -1 tbsp salt to taste
- * heat butter on slow fire in a non stickpan
- * saute onions till translucent
- * add tomatoes & saute
- * when tomato juice is absorbed add paneer
- * add chilli pwd & salt
- * when chilli pwd raw smell goes sprinkle masalas
- * add orange squash mix well
- * garnish with corriander leaves
- * serve with parathas/naans
