    Method
  1. Wash poha and drain well , soak soya granules for 2 mins.
  2. Heat oil add asafotedia , mustard seeds , green chillies kadi patta leaves add salt ,
  3. Now add poha and the soya granules.
  4. Cover and cook till done approx 10 mins
  5. Add sugar and lemon juice.
  6. Mix well add coriandr leaves and
  7. Serve hot with ketch up or chutney
