Ingredients

For The Covering
2 1/2 cups plain flour (maida)
5 tbsp of oil
salt to taste

For The Stuffing
2 capsicum , chopped
1/2 cup chopped cabbage
2 green chillies , chopped
2 onions , chopped
2 tbsp finely chopped ginger (adrak)
2 tbsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
5 tbsp tomato ketchup
5 tbsp green chilli paste
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
5 tbsp oil
2 cups chopped paneer (cottage cheese)
1 cup soaked soya granules
2 cheese cubes , grated
salt for taste

Method
For the Covering

    For the Covering
  1. Combine all the ingredients, mix well and knead into a soft dough.
  2. Cover with a wet muslin cloth and keep aside.

For the stuffing

  1. Heat the oil in a broad pan, add the ginger and garlic and saute for 1 minute.
  2. Add the onions and saute till they turn golden brown.
  3. Add all the remaining vegetables and saute they turn soft.
  4. Add the soya granules and saute for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the sauces, mix well and cook for 1 more minute.
  6. Remove from the flame and add the paneer and cheese and mix well.
  7. Add the salt and mix well.

How to proceed

  1. Divide the dough into small equal portions and roll them into circles of 4" diameter.
  2. Place a portion of the stuffing at the center and bring the sides together to seal the edges.
  3. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry till they turn golden brown form all the sides.
  4. Drain on an absorbent paper.
  5. Serve hot.
