Soya Nutty Chocolate Balls recipe - How to make Soya Nutty Chocolate Balls

1/2 cup grated dark chocolate
1/2 cup powdered soya chunks
1/2 cup chopped mixed nuts
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
  1. Combine the dark chocolate and butter in a bowl, mix well and melt in a double boiler till chocolate melts, while stirring continuously.
  2. Add the powdered soya chunks, nuts and sugar and mix well.
  3. Remove from the flame and add the vanilla essence and mix well.
  4. Immediately make small even sized balls with buttered hands.
  5. Cool completely and store refrigerated.
