Soya Murukku recipe - How to make Soya Murukku

1/2 cup soya flour
1/2 cup besan (Bengal gram flour)
salt to taste
2 tsp ghee
oil to deep fry

  1. Sieve soya & bengal gram flour togather.
  2. Put salt , ghee into it.
  3. Make it a dough.
  4. Take a kadai & pour the oil into that
  5. Take a murukku preesser fill it up with lemon size amount of the dough.
  6. Now press that above the boiling oil.
  7. Now tasty murukku is ready !!
