Soya Manchurian is a protein rich Chinese style cooked vegetable recipe. The soya granules are made into balls and then deep fried .These soya Manchurian is then simmered in a soya sauce and vinegar based curry and enjoyed with noodles or fried rice,. A nice variation to the typical vegetable or chicken Manchurian recipe.
- Deep fry soya nuggets.drain on absorbent paper.
- Take oil.fry onoins till golden brown.
- Add garlic & green chillies.
- Cook for some time.
- Add around 2 cups of water.
- Let it boil.
- Add the chilli sauce
- Add cornflour mixed with little water
- Let it attain the desired consistency.
- Add the fried cashewnuts,diced onion,diced capsicums.
- Cook for some time.
- Add the fried soya nuggets.
- Lastly add salt & pepper to taste.
- Garnish with corriander leaves.
- Serve hot with fried rice.
