Soya Kebabs recipe - How to make Soya Kebabs

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 servings

250 gms boiled and cooked soya granules
1 tsp ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1 tsp coriander (dhania) powder
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp tandoori masala(optional)
salt to taste
oil for deep frying
chopped coriander (dhania) for garnishing
lemon juice to taste for garnishing
chaat masala to taste for sprinkling
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and keep aside for 30-40 minutes.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and make kebabs of each portion.
  3. Heat the oil in kadhai and deep fry each kebab till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides.
  4. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves, chaat masala and lemon juice.
