rice 400 gram
urad 100 gram
soya milk 50 ml
salt 1-2 teaspoons
- Grind rice and urad dhal after soaking them in water for 4-5 hours, add soy milk and salt, and ferment them for 6-8 hours. steam cook idlies to heart's content of guests upto 10.being nutricious good for children also.
