Soya dahiwada is a novel recipe of having the wadas or fritters made from soya granules, seasonings and onion.The soya patties are shallow or deep fried and then served with beaten curd as topping.

Ingredients

Whole soya bean 500 gms
Urad dal 60 gms
Green chillies 10 gms
Coriander leaves 10 gms
salt to taste
Cumin seeds 5 gms
Soya refined oil for deep frying
Curd 800 ml

Method

  1. Soak soyabeans and urad dal overnight. drain water and grind mixture into a coarse consistency. add finely chopped green chillies and coriander leaves. add salt to the mixture and mix well. make flat baras and deep fry in soya refined oil till the baras till they turn golden brown. beat the curd into a smooth paste. add salt to taste. roast
