Method

  1. Soak soya in water for about 11 hours.
  2. Boil it till it is cooked to 3/4 th.
  3. Cut potates and boil them
  4. Cut onions,curry leaves and green chillies into small pieces.
  5. Smash potatoes.
  6. Heat 1 tbsp of oil and fry jeera.
  7. Mix all the above with salt and make a thick dough.
  8. Make the dough into heart shaped cutlets and spread with bread crumbs.
  9. Deep fry in oil till it becomes golden brown.
  10. Serve with chutney or tomato ketchep.decorate with fried cashewnuts.
