Soya Granules-1 cup
Onion- 1 chopped
Tomatoes -2 chopped
1 tbsp ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp chilli powder
Dry kasoori methi-1 tsp
Coriander-cumin powder-1 tsp
1 tbsp oil
Chopped Coriander-1/2 bunch
1 cup water
For Seasoning:
1/2 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
Urad Dai-1 tsp

  1. Take a non-stick vessel, heat oil,
  2. Add mustard seeds.after they splatter,
  3. Add cumin seeds and urad dal.
  4. Fry till urad dal gets light brown.
  5. Then add ginger garlic paste,
  6. Fry for 2 mins .
  7. Add onions and saute till light brown.
  8. Then add tomatoes.
  9. Fry them until tomatoes get fully cooked.
  10. Then add water ,soya granules,salt,redchilly powder,garam masala.
  11. Fry till soya get cooked.
  12. Last add dry methi and fry for 2 mins.
  13. Serve hot with rice,parathas or watever.
