Ingredients

8 to 10 oz thin spaghetti (vermicelli) (230 - 300 mil.)
8 oz Italian brown mushrooms (or white mushroom), sliced thick
1/4 cup (60 mil.) chopped fresh oregano
1/4 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
6 to 8 cloves garlic (lehsun), crushed
dry red chilli flakes (paprika) to taste
garlic salt to taste
olive oil
Method

  1. Cook pasta al dente (must not be overcooked), rinse in cold water and drain well.
  2. Quick saute sliced mushrooms in olive oil and set aside.
  3. Add oregano, pressed garlic, and chili to pasta and saute pasta mix in light amount of oil until some of the pasta is slightly crispy. (depending on the size of your skillet, it is best to saute in portions.)
  4. Stir in chopped cilantro, sprinkle garlic salt to taste and top off with sauteed mushrooms.
