Nb .bottles should remain boiling till syrup bottled
- 1.mix juice with sugar
- 2.boil till sticky ,but thread should not formed
- 3.close fire
- 4.add sodium benzoit diluted in hot syrup
- 5.add color ,essence
- 6.bottel in boiling bottels ,cap tightly
- Nb .do not fill up to brim ,leave 2"space vacant
