  1. Combine the curd and rice flour in a bowl and mix well, making sure no lumps remain.
  2. Add the green chillies, ginger and salt and mix well.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with oil.
  4. Pour a ladleful of batter and spread evenly to make a thin dosa.
  5. Sprinkle the coriander and cook till the dosa becomes crisp and golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with tomato or coconut chutney.
