sour cream - 1 cup
garlic - 6 - 8 nos
green chilli 3 - 4 nos salt to taste
Parsley leaves chopped 1 - 2 tbsp (Optional)
- Chop gariic and green chili in a food processor.
- Add sour cream and salt.
- Make to a smooth paste.
- Remove to a bowl and mix chopped parsley leaves.
