Ingredients

SOPA DE MILHO VERDE (GREEN CORN SOUP)
3 cups coooked sweet corn (makai ke dane)
1 cup chopped spring onions
2 tbsp butter
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tbsp plain flour (maida)
salt and black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
Method

  1. Put corn, milk and green onions in a mixture and blend into a smooth puree.
  2. Heat the butter and fry the flour for ½ minute.
  3. Add the corn mixture, 2 cups of water and salt and pepper and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
