Soang is a tangy potato curry recipe with potatoes cooked n tamarind water along with onion and whole spices. A perfect vegetable dish to be served hot with chapattis.
- Heat oil add the onions & fry till brown then slow the gas
- Add red chill powder & tamirind juice 7 little water, simmer for 2mins
- Add the cubed potatoes & salt taste the seasoning
- Let simmer on low gas for 5min.
