Ingredients

To Be Mixed For The Curd Dressing
1 1/2 cups hung low fat curds
1 tbsp chopped onions
1/2 tsp chopped green chillies
1 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) powder
1 tsp sugar
salt to taste

Other Ingredients
4 dessert apples
1 fresh pear (optional)
1 orange
1 medium sized capsicum
4 carrot
4 sticks celery (ajmoda)
1/2 cucumber
a few raisins (kismis)
Method
  1. Chop the fruits coarsely.
  2. Grate the vegetables.
  3. Mix in a bowl and put to chill.
  4. If you like, add the curd dressing.
  5. Serve cold.
