Who doesn’t like to have glowing skin? It is said that glowing skin is a reflection of overall good health, and that is indeed true. When you have a good supply of required nutrients and are sufficiently hydrated, your skin glows from within.
Soups are a great way to ensure this. They nourish the skin and contribute to the day’s liquid requirement too. This Skin Glow Soup is loaded with all the essential nutrients like calcium and vitamin A to keep your skin healthy and glowing. We have used regular curds to make this soup, but those who are on a low-cal diet can use low-fat curds instead.
Serve with Carrot and Green Peas Sandwich or Tortilla with Refried Beans and Tomato Salsa for a satiating meal that also helps to keep your skin glowing.
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till smooth.
- Serve chilled.
