Sindhi Sai Bhaji recipe - How to make Sindhi Sai Bhaji

  1. Heat a pressure cooker, add the onions and saute till they turn pink.
  2. Add the garlic, ginger and green chillies and immediately add the spinach and saute for 1 minute.
  3. Add the chana dal and tomatoes and add the remaining ingredients along with 1/4 cup of water and oil and mix well.
  4. Cover and pressure cook for 4 whistles.
  5. Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid.
  6. Blend using a hand blender.
  7. Serve hot with brown pulav or methi chawal.
