Ingredients

1 large sized potato
1 medium size long type brinjal (baingan / eggplant)
1 capsicum
4 green chillies long type
1 cup besan (Bengal gram flour) for making bhajias
Sweet Chutney
Green Chutney
1 cup beaten curds (dahi)
1 boiled potato
1/2 cup khara boondi
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp chaat masala
salt to taste
corainder, nylon sev for garnish
Method

  1. Make potato, brinjal , capsicum , green chilli bhajias.
  2. When cool cut them in medium size pieces and dip them in sweet chutney and set them in a plate, add boiled potato [cut in small pieces ], boondi [soaked in water and drained ]and , green chutney, sweet chutney, chilli powder, chat powder and add beaten curds garnish with sev and gren corainder
