Ingredients
1 large sized sweet potato (shakarkand)
1 ltr milk
1/2 kg condensed milk or
10 to 15 chopped cashewnuts (kaju)
10 to 15 almonds (badam) , chopped
10 to 15 raisins (kismis)
10 to 15 pistachios
1 cup sugar
saffron (kesar) strands
3 to 5 pods of cardamoms
Method
    Method
  1. Peel of the skin of sweet potato and grate it properly.
  2. Boil milk in a large pan
  3. Put the grated sweet potato into it and stir for 15mins.
  4. Put condensed milk/ khoya
  5. Put sugar and stir again for 5mins or so
  6. Then put all dry fruits and stir again for 5 mins till the kheer is ready
  7. Cool it off and serve garnished with pista and almonds
