Shahi Roll recipe - How to make Shahi Roll

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 12 to 14 pieces

500 ml milk
1 cup curds (dahi)
1/2 cup fresh cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar

To Be Mixed Together For Stuffing
4 tbsp sliced almonds (badam)
2 tbsp brown sugar
  1. Heat a pan and put the milk to boil.
  2. Add the curds and cream and stir till the milk curdles.
  3. Strain the paneer formed and remove all the water.
  4. Add the sugar and knead well to form a dough like structure.
  5. Make balls of this dough and put 1-2 tsp of the stuffing prepared and seal from all the sides.
  6. Roll the balls on badam pista slivers and serve.
