Shahi bread is a bread based dessert item which is quite easy to prepare and awesome in taste. The bread slices are cut into squares, deep fried and then dipped in sugar syrup before serving with rabdi or crushed nuts as garnish.
- Prepare sugar syrup (to prepare sugar syrup boil 1 cup sugar-1.5 cups water)
- Cut each bread slice into 4 pieces and fry in the oil
- Then put the pieces into sugar syrup and take it out after 2 minutes...
