Ingredients

24 puri (pani puri/golgappa)
1 cup green chutney
tamarind chutney
2 tbsp crushed cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1 cup fresh whipped curds (dahi)
2 small sized boiled potatoes, cubed
1 cup sprouted moong (whole green gram)
2 cups fine sev
1 tbsp chilli powder
salt to taste
1 tsp chaat masala
Method

  1. Take puri''s and make hole to each puri by using knief.
  2. Fill one by one puri with a bit of sprouted moong,patato and then arrange 6 puri in one plate.
  3. Put fresh whipped curd over each puri.
  4. Then put some green chutney and tamarind chutney over the curd.
  5. Sprinkle some salt,chilli powder and chaat masala.
  6. Garnish with sev and corriander.
  7. Serve this immediately.
