The fried papris are topped with boiled potatoes, chopped onion, chillies and topped with sev and a delectable blend of sweet and spicy chutneys. 24 flat and crisp puris
2 medium potatoes, boiled,peeled and chopped
1 small raw mango, chopped
salt to taste
1/4 tsp chilli powder
fine sev as required
Green chutney As required
tamarind chutney as required
red chutney as required
2 medium onions, chopped
chaat masala as required
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)


  1. Arrange the puris on a plate.
  2. Mix chopped potato, raw mango, salt and red chilli powder.
  3. Place this over the puris.
  4. Dribble green chutney, red chutney and tamarind chutney one on top of the other.
  5. Sprinkle chopped onion and chat masala.
  6. Cover up all the puris with plenty of sev.
  7. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
