Sesame Mix Vegetable recipe - How to make Sesame Mix Vegetable

Ingredients
1 medium sized capsicum , cut into semi circles
100gms par-boiled brocolli , cut into florets
4 to 5 par boiled baby corn , cut diagonally
100 gms par boiled mushrooms (khumbh) , cut into cubes
1 medium sized carrot , peeled and diagonally sliced
1 medium sized tomato , deseeded and chopped
4 tsp sesame seeds (til)
5 garlic (lehsun) cloves , finely chopped
salt to taste
1/4 ts freshly ground black pepper powder powder to taste
1 lemon
1 stalk spring onion , chopped
1 inch ginger (adrak) , cut into jullienes
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
Method
  1. Heat the butter in a pan, add garlic and saute for a min.
  2. Add capsicum, carrot, broccoli, baby corn, mushrooms and cook for 3-4 min.
  3. Roast for 3-4 min on low heat till puff up.
  4. Add salt and pepper. Mix well, add lemon juice.
  5. Garnish with ginger Julienne, tomato cubes, coriander or parsley, spring onion.

Variation

  1. Mix in white sauce and cheese, grate more cheese on top and bake till cheese melts and gets brown.
