Scrambled veg corn toast offers an impressive array of vegetables and corn spread on bread slices and then toasted to a crispy perfection. The mixed vegetables and corn are boiled and cooked together with salt ,pepper and paneer cubes. Add grated cheese as topping on this corn filling and a crispy tasteful sandwich is ready to be served.

Method

  1. Heat kadhai
  2. Put butter
  3. Add maida
  4. Stir add milk
  5. Put boiled veg and corn
  6. Let it boil
  7. Add salt sugar and pepper
  8. Add paneer cubes
  9. Put a little grated cheese
  10. When the mixture becomes a little thick remove from fire
  11. Spread over bread
  12. Put shredded cheese on top
  13. Toast in oven
  14. Cut diagonally and serve
