Schezwan Paneer recipe - How to make Schezwan Paneer

Ingredients

10 to 12 paneer (cottagte cheese) cubes
oil to fry
black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
salt to taste
ADD ALL THESE ITEMS AS PER YOUR TASTE:
1 tbsp cornflour
plain flour (maida)
water as required
tomato ketchup
RED GARLIC AND CHILLY SAUCE
SCHEZWAN SAUCE
soy sauce
spring onions
par (half boiled) noodles
Method

  1. Make a batter by adding cornflour,maida,water,pepper and salt.
  2. Dip the paneer into it and deep fry till a bit yellow in colour.
  3. Then fry the par noodles.
  4. To make the sauce add a little oil to a pan put the spring onions.
  5. After they become a bit brown in colour add all the sauces(mentioned above).
  6. To serve put the paneer in a plate add the sauce on it and the noodles too.
