Ingredients

1 cup sawa ke chawal
1 tbsp waterchestnut (shingoda) flour
salt to taste
1 green chilli, chopped
a little coriander (dhania)
Method

  1. Soak sawa ke chawal in water for 1 hour.
  2. Mix singhade ka atta, drained sawa ke chawal, salt, green chilles and green corriander.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Divide the mixture in 10 portions.
  5. Make round balls of these portions and flatten it a little.
  6. Fry till golden brown in color.
