  1. Boil the pasta until it is firm but tender with a tiny core in the middle.
  2. Then drain boiling water and rinse followed by draining pasta with cold water.
  3. Mix the mango, red and green capsicum, onions, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and coriander leaves in a large serving bowl.
  4. Add pasta to serving bowl and mix well.
  5. Add salt to taste and mix well.
  6. serve immediately.
