1.sardine cleaned and washed-10 no.
2.chopped big onion-1 no.
3.chopped garlic and ginger-2 tsp
4.fenugreek(roasted)-1 tsp1 tsp roasted aniseed (vilayati saunf)
6.turmeric powder-1 tsp
7.cinnomon -3 small pieces
8.tamarine pulp-4 tsp
9.tomato puree-50 ml
11.chilli powder-3 tsp
12.coriander powder-1 tsp
13.curry leaves-a bunch
- saute big onion and chopped ginger garlic in a heavy bottom pan over a small flame for 3 minutes and add turmeric powder,chilli powder,coriander powder and roast till the smell goes.add the roasted aniseed and fenugreek sedd along with tomato puree,tamarine pulp,sugar and salt.boil for five minutes.then add cleaned sardine one by one.cook for
