1cup sour prepared rai (mustard) kanji, 2cups orange juice,
For tarka-1/2tsp oil,
a pinch of asafoetida,
1/2tsp cumin seeds,
1/2tsp mustard seeds,2-3 curry leaves ,chopped
8Peeled orange wedges for topping
- In a bowl mix kanji and orange juice make tarka with the ingredients and add to the kanji-orange juice bowl. serve chilled topped with peeled orange wedges.
- Serve with golgappas.
- Serving suggestion-serve i kanji in mitti ke kulhars to give it traditional look.
